PlaygroupSt Faith's Playgroup meets in the Parish Hall at St Faith's on Wednesdays, 10.30 - 12 midday during school terms. The Playgroup aims to provide a safe and secure, nurturing and fun environment for pre-school aged children (0-5 years) and offer a supportive network for their parents/carers. Playgroup gives children the opportunity to : * Share and socialise with other children* Develop listening skills during music and storytime * Participate in a range of activities * Explore a variety of art and craft mediums. You do not have to be a regular member of our congregation. Mothers' UnionMothers' Union is a large community of Anglican women who celebrate and support the institution of the family.
Mens' BreakfastTwice a year we organise a special Saturday morning meeting of the men of the Parish and their friends. There is a guest speaker. Details of the next group to follow.
Book GroupSt Faith's book group reads together a range of contemporary literature for fun and intellectual stimulation. The book group meets monthly on the fourth Saturday from 2:30pm to 4:00pm. The Book Group uses CAE books. It is not a formal group but meets for a coffee and a chat about the current book.
Alcoholics AnonymousAA meets every Thursday evening at 8:00pm in the Church hall. St Faith's Courtyard LabyrinthWe have a beautiful cobbled labyrinth at the rear of the Church. We meet there on the first Tuesday night of each month to walk as a group. You are welcome to come at any time to walk it by yourself. About the Labyrinth. |
